Foggy Insulated Glass Units (IGU’s)

A lot of people ask me what can be done about fogging.  The general consensus is:

• fogging happens after time. especially on the south side of the house
• defogging systems are not long lasting, then again replacing the glass may only last 20 years at the most
• keeping the glass shaded from the direct sun helps with longevity.
